Some customers have found it occasionally challenging to clearly communicate with the cleaning staff due to language differences, but the company has been able to address any issues that may arise.

I’ve used SparkleClean off and on for years, but this past year I’ve had them consistently, and I can say without hesitation that this is the best housekeeping team I’ve ever had in my home. Their precision, the attention to detail, the way they move through a space like they’ve been entrusted with something sacred — it’s unmatched. They’ve never broken a thing (at least not that I’ve noticed!), and my place always looks like it belongs in a catalog by the time they’re done.
