The best hosting/technology company I've ever used in terms of customer service, bar none. Their support is fast, goes the extra mile, and figures out the issue almost every time. Highly recommended.
Many years ago, my sites were all on SiteGround, but the support was not good and I migrated to another host. I'm on the Board of Directors of an organization that hosts its site on SiteGround and I was not looking forward to doing some work on the site. I can't tell you how happy I was to be WRONG about the support here. It has definitely changed for the better. The person who helped me was fast, responsive, extremely patient and helpful. The support was wonderful!!! I'd give it more stars if I could!
Previously using Namecheap for Domains and Siteground has hosting, transferred my domain to Siteground and it was so easy. I entered the wrong code when trying to transfert and the support fixed it right away. Good website management, easy and cheap.
