I love the atmosphere here. Folks greet you as you come in and include you in conversation. Instantly you are part of the community! The salon is on the ground floor of an apartment/condo building in a lovely neighborhood. Parking is easy. Just a chill vibe there, relaxing. The view of the nature preserve is fab and I love watching the professionals work their magic. And, they stock high quality hair products and a variety of snacks if you get the munchies. It's been a long time since I enjoyed getting my locs maintained. These folks are largely responsible for that. Love this salon! Gem is my new go-to for locs maintenance. My hair is always healthier when I leave. On top of her fab skills, she's a really interesting, cool person. Genuinely nice with a chill vibe in her chair. She also honors your preferences all the while getting you in and out without making you feel rushed. No more anxiety about locs maintenance! Thanks, Gem!!!
