I had a great experience there . People who helped are very nice and very helpful. They also give honest opinions. I really recommend that place and I will send my mom and friends there.
Just moved to Old Town and needed a new stylist. Kim was fantastic. I have long, very thick hair that was unruly after 9 months of not cutting it and Kim was an absolute pro in taking off the weight and making it manageable again. She listened to what I wanted, showed me exactly how much she recommended cutting and how she recommended thinning it out, ensured I was good with the approach, actually cut that amount (!), and asked how I’d like it styled before finishing. Another amazing haircut from Mary! I’ve been going to Selin Hair Studio for almost two years now, and extremely happy to have a salon I can rely on. Mary is really talented and so sweet, and she takes time listen and understand what I’m envisioning for each haircut. Then she does the cut effortlessly and efficiently! I’ve also been to Shearn a couple of times, another true artist and I loved both of those cuts as well. The atmosphere is very friendly and enjoyable. Bottom line, super pleased with each experience at Selin Hair Studio and highly recommend!
