Sagres Construction was contracted to replace the water lines on Capitol Hill Washington, DC, and they did a fantastic job. The work was an extensive collaboration between DC Water and Sagres Construction and it required months of work to complete the project. I’d be remiss if I didn’t specifically thank Luka Dragacevac from Sagres and Thomas Wilson from DC Water for their outstanding direction and supervision of the project. Sagres Construction+DC Water=The Partnership That Works.

DC Water has contracted with Sagres to replace all the lead and galvanized iron water mains and public/private service lines along our street on Capitol Hill. As a longtime resident of the District, I am delighted to report that the personnel at Sagres and DC Water are doing a masterful job. Sagres is installing a new water main in Hyattsville MD running down our street, affecting everyone on the street. Their process, production, limiting impact, Safety and Daily clean up is extraordinary. Their workers WORK HARD, ALL DAY, they run to get a tool or to next task. They are organized, know how to keep moving and work around problems. It was an absolute pleasure to see such an organized company replace the water main. I would HIGHLY recommend them for work.
