Literally sat and waited for 3 hours after my pedicure to get my dam nails done … they are very slow . Never coming back nor am I leaving a tip .. I’m literally typing this while I STILLLL wait

The first time I came to this location it was wonderful. However, since then things have gone completely downhill. I have booked an appointment TWICE…both with a no show of the nail tech. There were no additional techs able to assist. The first time no one answered the phone nor was the door open despite me having a 10:30am appt. Left after 30 minutes. I Called all day & was finally told there was traffic yet no one called to inform me of the delay despite taking my number down when I booked the appointment. Second time, I was given the techs personal number and upon showing for my 11:30 appointment I was advised she was on her way. Called the tech and was told to wait...read full review
