Rosie Tax Service is a absolute fraud. She took $270 and never filed my 2023 taxes she doesn't answer phone calls or text messages. She is a fraud and should be reported to the police. I am looking for Rosie Herrera now to get my money back

I'm never using Rosie again for taxes. The process was very slow and painful and I had to chase her down to get things done. I still don't know if she even filed my 2023 returns. She doesn't respond to me anymore after I paid her. I'm just going to send paper copies to the IRS and be done with this. Major regret!

Don’t ever do business with these people. They’re terrible. No communication. No knowledge on anything. There’s always issues with getting the refunds. Everything is always delayed. They need to shut this place down. Never EVER go with these people. You’re honestly better off doing it yourself.
