“I absolutely love my new aluminum metal roof! I decided to replace my shingle roof with a metal roof because asphalt shingles are petroleum based and not recyclable. While a metal roof also uses valuable resources to produce, it will last for perhaps 80 years and is completely recyclable at the end of its life. I expect my new roof to outlive me by decades.

- Julian is personable and addressed all my questions, requests and concerns throughout the process.
- The workers were careful around my landscaping (which surrounds the house) during the removal of the old shingles and throughout installation. They were also courteous and were overall respectful of my property.
- Julian cares about his workers and delayed installation during the horrible heat wave that lasted for a large part of the summer. It’s important to me that workers are treated with fairness.

“Once the work was started it went quickly. Communication is not good and you end up dealing with about 4 people both on the phone and via email. I was told they are changing the company name to NOVA ROOFING COMPANY and that is how they billed my card but so far that company doesn't exist that I can find. The contract was with Cole Roofing. I used this company before quite a few years ago and it was night and day under the new ownership. I had a complete roof replacement and so far so good. They just need to communicate a lot more and I think by telephone. Emails don't seem to have much priority.“

“ASA replaced my entire roof, drip edge, and flashing 6 years ago and I have the 10 year warranty in my contract. Now, I have a piece of flashing that the has blown off. I have been calling for a week now they continue to give me the run around and tell me they will call back to schedule a day for them to fix they never call back.

ASA, if you see this posting and actually come fix it I’ll revise my review.
