Phil was hands-down the number one reason why our first home buying experience was so smooth and stress free. Phil brings an incredible amount of knowledge and experience that really helped us put forth a winning offer in this crazy market. He offers very helpful insights while seeing homes and is very flexible and fast to respond (very important when homes are only in the market for a couple days). What would we have done without you, Sherri?How do you sell a house you own in Springfield, Virginia when you live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania?
