This team was highly professional and did an excellent job when my apartment was flooded due to a broken pipe. They responded quickly and coordinated with all parties, including the insurance company, on my behalf. This is the second time I have (unfortunately) had to use PuroClean. They are the best company you hope to never have to use because if you're calling PuroClean, you have water damage.
This time the water damage was much more extensive than last time but once again, I was incredibly impressed by their work. In addition to having water damage mitigation work done (and some mold removal), they managed the asbestos testing for the abandoned floors, moving everything out and back in to the condo, and connected us to (and coordinated closely with) the contractors that would restore the condo.
