I dropped off my son's suit and a few other items for dry cleaning on Wednesday. It was supposed to be ready Friday. Of course, in preparing for an important event (First Holy Communion!) with many family members coming to town, I realized at 6:15pm on Saturday, more than an hour after closing, that I forgot to pick up the suit. What's worse is we need it Sunday evening, and they aren't open until Monday. 🤦♀️ I called Presto Valet and left a voice mail telling them I forgot to pick it up and asking desperately if anyone gets the message before Sunday at 5pm to please call me. The BEST dry cleaners in Northern VA. I moved, and I still go there even though it is now over an hour away because they are simply the best, most conscientious and kindest people ever.
Presto is simply one of the best dry cleaners in the area. Reasonable prices, quick service, high quality repairs and stain treatments, and more ecological chemicals. The staff is friendly and I've never had a problem with any of their work, even specific requests. I really couldn't ask for much more.
