I got a Groupon for 40 units of Botox and I forgot I had my daughter that day but decided to bring her with me so I could keep my appointment. The place was very homey and clean. My daughter is almost 7 and has ADHD and ASD, and the DR was INCREDIBLE!!! She set Hailee up on a massage chair in a separate room and gave her the remote for Netflix! They kept an eye on her for me so I could get my treatment done and were so kind. Never in my life have I experienced such care and kindness during a cosmetic treatment. Even if you don’t have children this was such a great and fast experience that was done correctly and with ease. If this is your first time getting facial injections I would 💯 recommend her, so gentle and has a motherly-like quality that just makes you feel calm and relaxed. So let’s get into the Botox! My face is on day 2 and already looks incredible!! Diane Burns was gentle and did a fabulous job, I’ve been getting this done for years now. Not a single bruise or redness after. She also informed me they take something called Ally bucks (not sure if I’m saying that right) so I’ll look into that for next time. They have my loyalty for life 10/10 on customer service 10/10 on hygiene and cleanliness and they also called to remind/confirm my appointment. I also called to makes sure I could recommend my special needs parents to them so they could be offered the same Accommodations, and just children in general. I would just hope nobody would abuse their kindness and ruin it for the rest of us.
