A friend's recommendation inspired me to make an appointment with Peter about a year ago. For an hour twice each month, I've been seeing him for anxiety that has been affecting my sleep, my ability to focus, and as a result, created a constant state of tension, all which ultimately affected my usual positive mindset. I like that before he begins each session, Peter asks and records how I'm feeling, what's happening in my life, and how this makes me feel.
