Thats my car dealer. I have a lots of love about this place, but honestly service advisors need to be lot more flexible and friendly. It is not a place you expect amazing service from the people around.
Jose from Nissan Passport Service Jose from Nissan Passport Service consistently surpasses my expectations. Jose not only has been my trusted advisor but he even advocated for me during the process with an insurance claim. There was a leak in my car and it wreaked havoc. I immediately called him and he set in place a a seamless process that allowed me to be supported. The insurance company was handling the claims and they often were unresponsive. Jose Mejia served as a great liaison. He has significant car knowledge consistently surpasses my expectations.
