OrthoVirginia Physical Therapy: Springfield

I have 2 excellent physical therapists. Both are knowledgeable, professional, personable and highly effective! Techs are also great. The only hesitation I have with leaving a good recommendation is knowing this may lead to increased competition for prime PT time slots. :-)

I have received services from OrthoVA for a few years (knees, shoulder, hand, etc.) and I have only had one issue with on doctor (as you are assigned to a doctor based on your issue, if you do not have one in mind - when making an appointment). From the doctors who did my foot surgery to the treatments for hand hands and knees, OrthoVA has been a welcomed addition in my healthcare and I am very sorry I will no long be able to use them because of my move :-(. As with any doctor, read reviews before making appointments but I would recommended OrthoVA to anyone needing orthopedic care.

Patient Advocate - Heather Witherspoon was AMAZING. X-20439 I called to complain about a customer service person and please understand it was a bad experience but Ms. Witherspoon took the time to listen to the call that I'd complained about AND gave me a call to inquire about the reason I'd called in the first place. Her interaction made it a palpable solution to seek treatment at that facility in the future if I need to. Thank you
