The good: the staff is so friendly and helpful! They are also on ClassPass if you’re looking to use credits places in this area. The regular pedicure was good!
The bad: when asked if I wanted to have my cuticles clipped I said no considering the $10 up charge for this service. I assumed that they would at least push back the cuticles for proper nail bed prep but they just started doing my acrylics around my overgrown cuticles. I walked out with nails that already looked grown out. (Pic from 12 hours post-mani.)
I’ll probably give them another try in case it was a fluke but I do wish they had done a better job the first time.
Prices are very reasonable. The staff was kind and polite and my tech was very detail oriented… maybe too detail oriented? My pedicure took way longer than I felt it should have. If you’re in the area and have time to spare, stop in. My nails looked great.
The shop is amazing and I’m shocked that I didn’t discover them earlier, they’ve been here a long time and they are absolutely phenomenal professionals. I would never go anywhere else in Alexandria. Inexpensive and professional
Cleanliness: Shop was super clean and very well-maintained. No offputting smells. Really a great spot.
Stylist: Awesome Guy worked on my feet and did an amazing job, I will be back every month.
