The staff was outstanding. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. My Son and I were well taken cared of for the preparation of the eye exam. Dr. He was beyond outstanding. She was very thorough with her job when it came to the examinations, questions, answers, recommendations, and advice. She was very detailed and she made sure our vision was correct before we left. After the exam, the staff did a great job explaining our options and what were available when it came to ordering the contact lenses. This is the first time that I felt like the store cared about their customers. Thank you Dr. He and New Era Eyecare for the wonderful services. Highly recommended!
Very nice experience from getting logged in and prepared for my eye exam. The team is very friendly and you are handle with care. The Doctor was great she listened and made sure you will walk out with 20/20 vision.
Best experience I’ve had at any optometrist. The tests were quick and Dr.He explained what’s going on with my eyesight in a way I could actually understand. They also helped me understand my insurance coverage and the frames/lenses that my insurance would cover which was great. Will definitely be going back for my annual exams
