I'm happy I went in-network (VSP Choice), and I was pleased to have Dr. He as my assigned doctor for my annual eye check-up. She was friendly, patient, and answered all the questions I had about contact lenses. Dr. He also made sure my new contacts fit me well before purchasing, which I appreciate. I was also helped by Mo, who helped with my insurance and purchase of my yearly contact lenses supply. He was very helpful and informative about the rebate program from Bausch + Lomb. Overall, I am happy with my new contacts, and will be back for my next check-up!

I loved the experience. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. The doctor was great, listened for my concerns, explained her process, and gave me great suggestions. I also loved her eye testing machine! I love seeing the new technology in place. Lastly, I had no intention to buy my glasses on site, but the office manager had such good customer service that I changed my mind.
