Patients praise Dr. Haden for being respectful, patient, and attentive, providing thorough care and making them feel trusted. I give you five stars one because you are local and I feel that Direct Primary Care is the way to go. As has already been mentioned people should have control over choosing and keeping their doctors not a third party who see us as only a number. Direct Primary Care when paired with the right kind of health insurance to meet "emergency" needs is in my opinion the best way to take back control over our healthcare cost. It's so encouraging to hear from others in the local community who have had a positive experience and understand the concept. I hope other doctors join you soon. This is a much needed service. Congratulations on posting the lab prices and also offering non-member options.
While I have an excellent health plan at work, I signed up for Mobile Medicine to have a doctor that listens and works with me and will be my doctor tomorrow regardless of how my employer's health plan changes from year to year. I don't have to worry my doctor being out of network each open season. I love that my doctor is not overly constrained nor distracted by insurance or HMO company rules or the need to create billing opportunities for a multi-doctor or corporate owned practice with high overhead. My doctor is free to concentrate on the best available medical advice and my needs and, most importantly, has the time to take a more systemic approach and look for root causes rather than treat the symptom of the moment because the waiting room is full to the brim and the practice can only afford ten minutes a patient. Dr. Duane is an excellent communicator and so is her colleague. Highly recommend the practice and this new hybrid approach to medicine combining personal care with high deductible insurance to cover specialists and high dollar costs. Less paperwork for all.
My family receives excellent care from Dr. Duane! I have never had a doctor with whom I could communicate directly via email or even a text. My daughter at college can contact her own doctor so easily! When my son had a fever of 103, he didn't have to get out of bed and take a car ride to wait in a waiting room to see our doctor.
