Chris Tucker was our fourth or fifth architect. We had worked with other architects over a 20 year span but never seemed excited about the design suggestions. He nailed it. We get a lot of "wows" when people see our renovation.

I also liked that he was opinionated in a good way. I was moving toward nixing the 2nd floor laundry to save money and keeping our laundry in our basement. He strongly discouraged me from that course, and I'm so glad. The 2nd floor laundry is one of my favorite improvements!
