Showed up on time and followed up. Extremely helpful and provided bids that are very competitive. Diagnosed the issue correctly and didn’t try to up sell me on a completely new system for a TXV repair. Very much recommended.
Our furnace and air conditioner were replaced by ME Flow a few years ago. Emerson came this year to do our annual cleaning and inspection of our air conditioning unit. His work was terrific. In addition, I asked about the whole house air purification system, and he was able to tell us how it works, what it would provide *above our current filter system,* and how much it cost. He recommended surge protectors for both our indoor and outdoor units (which are relatively new). Having experienced summer surges in our area, we thought that was a good idea. Everything was able to be provided, installed, and up and running within 24 hours.
