Happy to have found an eye doctor here! It was easy to call and schedule an appointment. Forms were straightforward and easy to complete. The doctor was thorough and listened to my concerns. All in all a no frills experience, which is great when you're trying to find a doctor.

Been coming to NVDO (Alexandria) for 4+ years and they are outstanding. Dr. Miller is great as are all the opticians and front desk. Easy in and out. Plan to continue here for many years to come!

The doctors I've seen here are great, but the receptionist staff who work the front and handle calls are terrible. The front staff are tired, rude, grumpy people who don't like answering questions on the phone or in person. If you can mentally fortify yourself to put up with lousy people just to get to your doctor, I recommend this place.
