A) the business is called Old Ox Tire \\u0026 Auto B) excellent service. The mechanics were very competent and the manager was kind, knowledgeable, and even gave a good recommendation for an emissions inspection shop. 10/10 will return

Really good customer service, and straightforward mechanics, believe it or not. Definitely recommend to others who've had bad experiences, because these guys are pretty honest, and have never "up sold" me unnecessary work.My favorite thing is to simply ask them to "check" something, like an air filter or fluid level. Then I say, if dirty, please change or "call me with the status." This way I feel like they aren't ripping me off (which they never have). :)
