I lived at Landmark at 101 S Whiting Street for about 3 and a half years, and overall it was a very positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to major roads, shopping, and daily necessities, which made life much easier.
The community felt safe and generally quiet, and the apartment itself was comfortable and well-suited for long-term living. Maintenance requests were usually handled in a reasonable time, and the staff was helpful when needed.
Like any place, there were occasional minor issues, but nothing that significantly impacted my stay. After living here for several years, I can say it was a reliable and decent place to live.

So far I'm very much enjoying my stay at Landmark Towers. Elsa, John, and staff are amazing. If something needs repairs the management and team make sure it's promptly fixed. They are friendly and professional. I feel the area is kept safe. The upgrades to the apartment are also a big plus!
