Incredibly professional team, from first contact through the job's completion. Holly fielded the initial phone call immediately and effectively scheduled a convenient time. When a massive snowstorm required rescheduling, she proactively reset the appointment and confirmed the new time with me so I didn't have to stress about it. Juan and Dominique arrived early in the window, quickly assessed an effective solution to my plumbing problem, and masterfully completed the repair in short order. The technician was thoroughly professional – on time, courteous explain the details of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and what the results will be once completed. Just as he had explained everything was in order.
Had a sink drain clogged and made an appointment. Kramer said they would be here between 7:30 to 9 AM. They showed up at about 8 and had it fixed by about 8:20. Put on protective booties and after they finished they cleaned everything up. Very friendly and efficient. Have use used Kramer several times and have been extremely satisfied with their work every time. Would always recommend them for plumbing work.
