They have a large selection but customer service is lacking. I like going to a beauty store where the employees know what it is they are selling to you and are up to date with the latest “ins and out” of hair care. Not simply going through a catalog and picking a bunch of random products to put on their shelves. Thankfully the floor is really spacious and well organized. Lastly, the prices are somewhat fair. But again, it’s so hard to get a fair look at anything. Also if you ask where anything is they look at you a bit crazy. 3/5 stars.

Prices are good, assortment plenty, always seem well stocked. Truly, no complaints as far as variety of needs.Obviously, most of it is made in China merchandise, but they have other options as well.

The prices are always good, it’s a big store so they have every day from hair, weaves, wigs, accessories, and items needed for hair. The people that work there are very friendly and nice and they always greet you at the door that it’s one of my reasons why I like to come out on Richmond Highway
