It’s sad that we’re going to stop supporting this establishment because I went in earlier this week to buy 5 of the light weight sweat pants and they said they do not have a dressing room nor do they exchange or accept returns on any clothing items. I’m starting to get ignored with places that want let you try things on as you can see.

I stopped by for the first time. The girl working there was so helpful. She knew the products well. She showed me exactly what I needed. It's a very nice store. I will be going there for my beauty supplies from now on.

They have a large selection but customer service is lacking. I like going to a beauty store where the employees know what it is they are selling to you and are up to date with the latest “ins and out” of hair care. Not simply going through a catalog and picking a bunch of random products to put on their shelves. Thankfully the floor is really spacious and well organized. Lastly, the prices are somewhat fair. But again, it’s so hard to get a fair look at anything. Also if you ask where anything is they look at you a bit crazy. 3/5 stars.
