Hollin Hall Dry Cleaners provides excellent service for delicate and challenging items. The staff is always helpful and fabulous. They handle special attention items thoughtfully, including fancy lace dresses, blazers, large Indian wedding outfits with netting, mirrored pieces, and intricate embroidery. Some items require hand cleaning. They are thorough, ensuring nothing is damaged, and communicate the process clearly. They are very reasonable on price and highly recommended for delicate and expensive items.
Had a very fancy lace dress (with floral designs stitched on) tailored here and they did it so thoughtfully and well. I was nervous that it would show on the lace, but it didn’t at all! They were fabulous.
The best cleaners! The staff is always helpful. I've taken several blazers there that ended up requiring special attention or somehow they knew to look for a recall on one of them (who knew there was such a thing for blazers???). I've also taken area rugs that were cleaned by a 3rd party with no issues.
Bill did an AMAZING job with some very challenging Indian wedding outfits. We needed several items dry cleaned that were large, had netting, and included delicate materials, such as mirrored pieces, bobbles, and intricate embroidery. Some required hand cleaning. Bill was thorough and made sure that nothing was damaged. He communicated with me on how each item was going to be handled; taking the time to do research and walk me through the process that was above and beyond. He was also very reasonable on price. Would highly recommend for your delicate and more expensive items!
