I contacted Highland Eco Pest control after spotting a single bed bug right after a trip. They were able to send out an inspector team (technician and k9) same day, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Obviously finding a bed bug is an extremely stressful experience; I found Julia to be incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and she was able to make recommendations and share information that eased a lot of my discomfort with the situation.
Thankfully no additional evidence of bed bugs was found, but I felt that Julia and then Julia and Raven’s inspection was extremely thorough, and neither had any problem looking in a specific area or at a specific object...read full review
