Came in for a curly cut and coloring by Kierra. I stressed that I love my long hair and don’t want much cut off. Kierra showed me how much she will cut off which I was content with. However, she cut off much more and simply told me to give it a few days to get used to. As if this is not bad enough, my hair was colored in some type of ash brown despite the fact that I wanted to keep the majority of my blonde and she assured me that I will still be “very much blonde”. My hair ended up being more damaged and dry than before the service. Kierra simply told me to purchase Olaplex once I get home. I reached out to the management who was very dismissive and unprofessional as response. No solution of any nature was offered. I am sure that management will comment to cover up their mistake shortly :-).
This was my 3rd appointment at Hazel O Salon and by far the BEST. My color came out perfect, Alexys is AWESOME! Flo made curls I didn’t know I had!! The customer service was that of a 5-star resort! GREAT Atmosphere and wonderful results!!
