It was with some concern that I left “Jack” at the Happy Cat Hotel for two weeks to travel out of the country. Would he be scared, would he be lonely, would he still eat? All were thoughts I had. However, my fears soon were put to rest as I received daily pictures and reports showing that Jack adjusted quickly and was cared for with love and attention. The staff is friendly and reassuring and the facility is colorful and immaculate I highly recommend it for the care of your favorite feline!
Happy Cat Alexandria is AMAZING! It was my first time boarding my kitty & I was highly impressed. The staff is kind, attentive & gentle. I have a shy boy & they didn't just ignore him, they went out of the box with all kinds of activities & tricks to make him feel safe & comfortable. The facility is super clean & each room is thoughtfully designed. 100 stars out of 10!
Hydie and Bosco are regulars. They stay 3-4 times a year and have tried several different rooms. They love the comfy beds and cubbies, the climbing shelves, windows, and of course bird/fish tv. And I love that the staff care for them so well. I get daily pics and updates as well as special alerts if anything is out of the ordinary. The webcam is great too. The HCH staff are wonderful!
