Hair Improvement is the worst salon experience I have ever had. The only skill Kim has is the "secret" weave attaching machine. She cannot cut, style,or color, The owner is paranoid, she requires that patrons sign a written waiver of liability before she will do the work. I have never had a request to sign a waiver in more than thirty years of being a beauty salon patron. Kim is dishonest. Every negative comment is systematically removed from Yelp. They manipulate the rules by reposting 3 positive reviews to bury or delete any negatives, so that only the top 3 manipulated positive reviews show when potential customers look at YELP.
