We had a lovely end of life celebration for my father - warm and respectful - but overall this business has a pretty casual attitude towards administrative tasks and customer service. The homey family atmosphere (dogs wandering around the office, etc.) feels comfortable and familiar - like home - but it comes back to bite you when you realize that this business is responsible for critical, important details that must be done correctly. Greene Funeral Home made our experience as stress free as I guess one possibly could. It was a lot to loose our mom but from picking her up to keeping us informed and helping us along the way was an experience that we appreciated greatly. Only complaint we have is the dogs they allow to roam through the business. My husband is allergic to dogs and some of us just aren't dog/animal people. I think that should be considered when folks are frequenting the establishment...Other than that, Green Funeral Home is alright with me.

For the most part but when I called and she answered. She doesn’t sound professional. I asked her how does he look and gave me an answer with a attitude. Juan Bradby was my fiancé and she didn’t have to gave me an attitude. I understand that she can’t give the info but I was just asking nicely. Rude with an attitude.
