Accessible. No nonsense. Knows his stuff. It's been three years since I came across Josh Strange looking for an independent financial adviser after years of managing finances on my own. Very committed at the front of the process to getting a sense of your investment strategy/comfort level. That's reassuring when you are in unfamiliar territory—in that many of us are, for the first time, letting someone else put our money to work.
