The physician/PA was extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, I felt she asked pertinent questions to dig down for information to better understand my GI issues. Excellent bed side manor.Your check in staff was friendly and pleasant. The Nurse assistant was not only pleasant but kind to my needs and care.

I had a wonderful experience. The team delivered superb care from start to finish. It began with intake at the front desk in the office, extended through to the recovery room after the procedure, and concluded with the follow-up office in which a very talented PA explained the results. She listened carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions patiently and completely.

Customer service is so hard to get nowadays, which is the second reason why I am sticking to Gastro Health. The first, of course, is for medical reasons but going to an office where you are treated with respect and the staff is friendly is a welcoming environment. Doctor-Patient relationships are important and I look forward to maintaining that connection with Gastro Health for many years to come.
