The Reiki Level 1 course with Catherine Miller offered a rich and satisfying entry into the experience of giving and receiving Reiki and learning a bit about its history. Catherine is a patient, clear, and thoughtful teacher. The classes went by quickly and I appreciated our small Zoom group. I look forward to revisiting the material and continuing to incorporate Reiki practices into my daily routine--and to signing up for Level 2 as soon as my schedule allows. Highly recommend taking this Level 1 class with Catherine!
I've taken Reiki I/II/Master training with both Mara and Catherine at Four Directions Wellness. I've also taken Mara's Chakra class and I'm told that Catherine's Crystals class is a wealth of information.
Both Mara & Catherine are well grounded and deeply knowledgeable in the areas that they teach. They are readily available for further discussion of anything you're not clear on.
I appreciate their slower teaching pace and completeness of training. Can't recommend them enough.
I recently completed my Level 1 Reiki Training with Catherine Miller. Catherine made the process so effortless. Her instructions were clear; her presence, tranquil; and the environment she created was open and accepting. I'm so excited to move on to Level 2!
