We recently had new carpet installed in our living room and I was very pleased with the entire experience, from start to finish. At the showroom, we received product suggestions based on our needs and budget and were able to take samples home to see how they looked. The appointment for measuring and proposal was promptly scheduled and completed on time. The quote was quite reasonable and it was easy to schedule installation for a date convenient to us. The installation went smoothly and I'm very happy with the end result.

We are thrilled by the customer service and work from Floor Advisor. They were very helpful through the sales process in the store, over the phone, and via email. We had them install hardwood up a flight of stairs and in the main hallway and replaced the carpet in three bedrooms. Each crew did a terrific job and we will be sure to contact them again for our next flooring project.
