She was so accommodating with getting me an appointment last minute, incredibly kind and informative throughout the appointment, and truly brought my hair back to life after a cut and blowout. My first experience with Aicha but definitely won't be my last. I came with a mix of very dry curly hair with grey, and light brown roots with black from the mid length after an attempt at home lightening/colouring went very very wrong! Aicha definitely had her work cut out but was brilliant, she did a full colour correct to lift and even everything out. Aicha took time to discuss my options, explained every process along the way and a few hours later, Aicha had completely transformed my hair into a soft and shiny shade of light brown/blond.
