Erica is a wonderful massage therapist. She truly cares about getting to know what you need, listens to what you request, and provides it. She ensures a relaxing and peaceful environment and knows how to work trigger points in a firm but gentle way (if that’s the sort of thing you want!). I feel amazing and whole whenever I leave her studio.
I met Erica through yoga and was happy she also has her own business as a massage therapist. I have regularly gotten massages for nearly 20 years so I have had a lot of massages. Finding a new massage therapist whenever we moved was always difficult to find someone who would really figure out exactly what you needed. Erica's was hands-down one of the best massages I've ever received! I only wish I had found her sooner. I cannot recommend Erica enough. You will not be disappointed and leave feeling refreshed and if you like deep tissue, she can also really get your knots out which is exactly what I needed!.
