Elpaw has been my vet for years. They have been wonderful with my very nervous dog and do a lot to make her as comfortable as possible. Prices are reasonable, and they don't push for more than you need. My older dog has needed more care recently, and they've been able to accommodate her very quickly most of the time. I highly recommend Elpaw!
We had a fantastic experience at Elpaw. The reception, vet techs, and Dr. Yungk were all so kind, informative, and knew how to work with cats perfectly. We weren't rushed or pressured into high-cost, unneeded treatments. This is why you should stick to an independent vet clinic.
Bonus: The clinic has separate entrances for dogs and cats. This really helps keep the animals calmer during the wait.
I have been bringing my dog here for almost 2 years now, and couldn't be happier. It's not a corporate vet, like VCA, where you never see the same doctor twice, and wind up paying through the nose. Drs Yungk and Pearce are compassionate and knowledgeable, the staff is friendly, and the facility is brand new, bright and clean. Prices are about one-third if not more of what VCA charges. And the fact that this is a small practice just lends itself to an overall more personal experience. I would recommend El Paw to anybody.
