I made my wife an appointment at this location for her birthday. Her appointment was at 2:30 but it was pouring down raining so we were slightly delayed. I pulled up in front of the shop at 2:35, my wife jumps out and goes in. I go find parking somewhere and my wife calls and says that they moved her appointment to 3:00. She tells me that they have a 9 minute grace period (she went in with 4 minutes to spare) so they had to move it to the next open spot. I would give this Drybar a 'meh' overall; I've had two blowouts done here and the first seemed more 'shirley temple' than cosmo-thai, and the second was BEYOND frizzy. I actually stopped my stylist and requested someone new because it was going so poorly. Luckily, the manager stepped in and took over the blowout, but once product is even remotely dried into frizz, I feel that it's hard to come back from that and walk away with the completely smooth style we go in looking for. I haven't experienced every stylist there, and I believe the woman who did a drive-by frizz job was let go, but I'm still overall wary. Mark did an excellent job! My stylist was extremely personable, friendly, talented, attentive, gentle, and a blast to chat with! This was the best my hair looked in years! I will definitely return to see Mark next time I would like to get my hair professionally styled.
