The exam and testing process can take several hours, but patients have been satisfied with the comprehensive check-ups they receive.
My husband had a critical issue with his vision and had to be fit into Dr. Sabets schedule, as an emergency. The doctor and his staff could not have been any more accommodating and helpful. Dr. Sabet is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of explaining the issue to us in layman's terms. His staff are all most helpful and welcoming. Going through this was upsetting but their kindness and prompt attention to the issue helped put us at ease. Thank you Dr. Sabet and staff!!!
I've had Dr. Sabet as my ophthalmologist for at least 10 years if not more. He takes time to answer questions and explains procedures. His demeanor is upbeat and cheerful as well as empathic. Dr. Sabet stays up to date on developments in ophthalmology. You can't find a better doctor. Dr. Sabet's staff are some of the nicest folks you can imagine. They're pre-meds with a sense of humor, but execute their responsibilities with businesslike and professional thoroughness.
Doctor was great but the 2 hr and 45 min time I spent there for the first visit was excessive. Lots of sitting and waiting. Office staff could have been friendlier on the phone when I requested they re-provide the email address given to me the day prior.
