Best of the best!! Their coaches are super awesome. Their knowledge, skills, and abilities are by far second-to-none. We have been taking our 2 boys for the past 3 years, and we are extremely grateful. Rizal & Natashia are excellent on what they do. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend CMAA to everyone out there.

CMAA is a family for your family. All material is age appropriate, monitored and fun. I started my then 4 year old daughter and it looked like so much fun, I joined too with my youngest following when she was old enough! Safety is always a top priority both on and off the mat, with de escalation always being the first step to self defense. The instructor to student ratio is better than anywhere else I have seen. What sets CMAA apart from any other place I have come across is the attitude, leadership and amazing role models of the instructor and the true sense of family. You cannot go wrong with CMAA! We move away and miss CMAA like a second family.
