Recently I let the folks at Bridgeyard know I would like to renew my lease when it expires later this year. The apartment suits me and has served me well for more than 13 years. Stuck in the elevator over ten minutes last weekend and management couldn’t care less (you are greatly missed Yosef!). Now a week later, my neighbor has been stuck inside over 15 minutes and maintenance hasn’t even answered the phone. So now all elevators are out while the Alexandria FD is AGAIN in the building dealing with Laramar’s negligence. Only rent here if you don’t mind stairs. Like so many others have pointed out, it’s a great location and there is a nice pool…but there’s nothing that makes dangerous elevators ok.
