I had the best experience with your Alexandria location yesterday May 4th 2023. Alex answered our call yesterday about a new Refrigerator since ours stopped working and we needed a replacement right away! He took the time to help us online to their website and we picked the replacement within 10 min he sent me a link to make our payment and offered us 5 year warranty. He also was able to get us on the schedule for delivery tomorrow! We appreciate great customer service! So anyone is in the same situation as my spouse and I had please call Alex in the Alexandria location for great customer service!
