I was in town on vacation and wandered into the store on a whim. I had never shopped at a Bluemercury and I was pleased to see the luxury brands that I like to shop for when traveling overseas. I was greeted by the lovely Keyana, who asked me if I was looking for anything in particular—told her what I needed and she totally nailed the best colors and products for me! She was very attentive, knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. She even assembled a few samples for me so I could see how my skin would react. I like the quality of their products however, I don't appreciate paying $23 for an empty plastic case in order to get a very small palette of blush! It cost almost as much as the blush. I feel that this is a rip off! I would also like to have to know how much everything cost. The CX is not to be desired and this is an establishment that J would not recommend or return to.
