went to bjs for prescription sunglasses.picked out and ordered a pair, was given a price. asked if the price was contingent on the prescription that we would have shipped from the doctor, asked this 3 times. was told not at all from the manager. had the precription sent, didn't hear from them for a week, I called and was told a message was left on our voicemail that the glasses would cost another $125 (there was no message) said we spoke about an extra cost with the prescription said well there is another cost pat it or get you money back. went to get the money back manager wasn't in person there could not refund the money. he said they should be able to work... read full review

Juana helped me pick out my first pair of glasses and she was beyond helpful. She was very knowledgeable, but more importantly she was very caring. The entire time I felt very comfortable with her professionalism and any company would be lucky to have an employee as good as her.

Cheap prices, VERY small selection of glasses, and it takes a very long time for glasses and contacts to come in. Some emplyoees are much more helpful than others. But it's a good deal IF you don't mind a long, long, wait for your glasses and contacts.
