Awful service. I paid $14 to get my pants tailored. After 3 months the cuff was coming undone and they wanted to charge $6 to fix a job they didn’t do well. I offered to pay for the dry cleaning so they could make a bit of money but she wouldn’t take the deal. Took my business somewhere else.
We take my husband’s shirts and suits here as well as some of my clothing. I have used them a few times for alterations....I do not Reccommended them for alterations as they are never on time. The few times I’ve had something altered and then return on the appointed day, I learn they aren’t ready yet....VERY disappointing.....!
Even after reading the reviews I still gave them a try. I dropped my four uniforms off Monday and told them I didn't need them back till Wednesday. I was told I could get them Wednesday after 4pm.
I get there Thursday morning 0700 when they open. Ofcourse, they were not ready. I was asked if I could come back later. I informed her that I had to work that morning. I needed atleast one...but I was highly disappointed. I stood there for about 20 minutes while she pressed all four uniforms. The older lady at the counter was very apologetic.
