Ismael arrived shortly after I called to ask about service for our Officejet Pro. He explained that the required part would be roughly two thirds of the cost of a new printer and advised it may be best to buy a new one. Even though we didn't use their services, I appreciate his honest assessment! Very rare in today's society. Thank you Ismael!

Thanks to Ismael and the Bamavi team. They saved us significant dollars by repairing our scanner/printer vs us buyng a new one. They were upfront about their pricing and the issue and did not try to over sell us. Would definately use their services again.

Mr. Gonzalez was very helpful. He was the first person to answer my phone calls and the only person who was able to schedule a same-day appointment. I work as a TIPIC and i print out thousands of pages of documents a day. My printer is one of the most integral machines that I use to run my business efficiently. Mr. Gonzalez understood the urgency of my situation and came to my home personally to ensure that my printer would be repaired. He worked diligently, and patiently until the repair was completed.
