This is a wonderful practice! The staff are kind and Dr. Posner is a very knowledgeable and skilled chiropractor! She was able to get me off my crutch after one visit! She then provided me with exercises and lifestyle suggestions to further my recovery. I would highly recommend Back to Health and Dr. Posner!!

As a new patient, I was so impressed with the amount of attention, professional expertise, generosity and optimistic and friendly vibe that Dr. Shara Posner projects. Her staff is very pleasant as well. In addition to Dr. Posner's expert knowledge and years of experience, the office boasts top-of-the-line equipment and offers some of the technologically advanced therapies not available at other local practices. I hope the health issues that brought me to the office of Back To Health Center will be resolved because I have an absolute trust in Dr. Posner's ability to find optimal solutions to complex problems and sincere desire to see her patients return to health.

Dr Shara is the best of the best! She is not only knowledgeable in everything women’s care but also friendly and personable - feels like going to see a friend i have known for a long time, every time! I just left my fourth adjustment and I leave feeling brand new every time. She really takes her time to get to know you and your history with her initial intake- and her skill for post partumn care is top notch. Her office staff is also great and very efficient with booking and check out. HIGHLY recommend if you live in the NOVA/Alexandria area.
