Akram was on time and delivered excellent service. He waited patiently for us as our flight was delayed briefly. He stayed in touch with us through the process. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. Akram made my daughter's first first flight amazing by displaying a "Welcome" sign with her name during pickup. My family was pleased. I would recommend this company/service to other travelers. Thanks for the great service Akram!!!
Wonderful service! We had several flight delays, which resulted in cancellation of the flight, rebooking and finally got in around midnight....Ambassador monitored the situation, kept in communication with me and was right there waiting for us when we finally arrived. Such a comfort knowing we had a safe and secured ride...especially at that time of night after a long day of travel. Highly recommend and will be using their services again.
We booked Ambassador Global Transportation for our international meeting in Washington DC. We booked four sedans and two SUV’s. The drivers are well mannered experienced professionals and vehicles are immaculately clean. Above all their pricing is hard to beat anywhere in the Washington DC area as we reached out to many suppliers before finding them. We definitely recommend Ambassador Global Transportation and we will be using them again soon.
